Marketing Belieforama - USPs

These are the USPs we identified in the exchange with BMW last year. Feel free to add!

Belieforama USPs:

  • Flexible target groups and format
  • Authenticity (not another fashion for us)
  • Transnational character (adaptability and trainers pool)
  • Unique interactive methodology
  • Self-awareness in relation to others and the environment
  • Generate a sense of personal and social responsibility
  • Quality training material validated by academics and experts as well as by awards from EU and BMW
  • Multi-dimensionality/ multi-perspectional
  • Double value for the money: providing a professional service while satisfying the corporate social responsibility goals.

It might make sense to divide up this useful list of USPs (unique selling points) by the type of client being approached to buy Belieforama trainings, for example.

1. Companies

2. Futher education colleges

3. Public sector bodies or service providers

This will help us explore and understand where everyone across the Beleforama communiy sees a market for these trainings.

In other words, we need to think about who specifically needs the training which Belieforama offers, and how we can encourage them to sign up for it?

Interesting idea! Definitely we should be thinking for specific target groups. I wonder if there is something in this working list of USP that would not be appropriate for one or another of those target groups?

ok, here's a stab at answering Robin's question.

For each target group, what do they need the RDAD or other trainings for, and what USPs does Belieforama bring?  I'll start by looking at companies.

1. Companies

Need to understand diverse client base and diverse employee base (diversity in the UK covers age, disability, gender, ethnicity/race, and sexual orientation, as well as faith and belief)

Need to explore what inclusion/exclusion look and feel like

Need to build rapport between and among staff and customers

USPs - with my 'translation' to UK business-oriented English

  • Transnational character (adaptability and trainers pool) - training takes into account more than one European context, trainers available from across Europe
  •
  • Unique interactive methodology - Training uses a variety of interactive methods
  •
  • Self-awareness in relation to others and the environment - Helps employees develop self-awareness as well as understand clients and other staff members better
  •
  • Generate a sense of personal and social responsibility - Training can foster a more inclsuive environment, and for larger organisations, may result in specific action planning
  •
  • Quality training material validated by academics and experts as well as by awards from EU and BMW -- You are using training material that has been validated by academics and has received quality awards across Europe.
  •
  • Multi-dimensionality/ multi-perspectional
  •
  • Double value for the money: providing a professional service while satisfying the corporate social responsibility goals. -- Helps your bottom line by contributing to increased customer satisfaction, helps with employee recruitment and retention as part of your programme to build a more inclusive working culture, and supports your corporate social responsibility agenda.
